Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or engaging with any services offered by Cinera Films Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By accessing or using our services, website, studio, or booking any project with us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Website
You agree to use www.cinerafilms.in for lawful purposes only. You shall not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to secured areas
- Disrupt website functionality through malware, bots, or scraping
- Use our site for fraudulent or misleading purposes
2. Studio Booking & Services
- All bookings (studio rentals, video shoots, editing) require advance confirmation and partial payment.
- Cancellations or reschedules must be notified at least 48 hours in advance.
- Last-minute cancellations may be charged a cancellation fee or partial loss of advance.
- Studio usage time includes setup and wrap-down unless specified.
- Any damage to equipment or property will be charged to the client.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
- All media, logos, videos, images, and design materials created by Cinera Films Studio are protected under Indian copyright law.
- Clients retain rights to content produced for them, subject to complete payment.
We may request permission to showcase selected work in our portfolio or marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project details and timelines
- Securing required permits (for outdoor shoots, drone work, etc.)
- Obtaining model releases (if needed) for public usage
- Ensuring all third-party materials (music, images, etc.) used in the project are royalty-cleared
5. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services or site features at any time without prior notice. However, in-progress projects will be honored as per confirmed agreements.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cinera Films Studio shall not be held liable for:
- Delays due to unforeseen events (weather, power outages, transport)
- Data loss caused by hardware failure or third-party tools
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages during service delivery
We always strive for timely, safe, and quality execution but certain risks are beyond control.
7. Payments & Refund Policy
- Final deliverables are released only after 100% payment clearance.
- All prices are exclusive of applicable GST (unless stated).
- Refunds are considered only in the case of non-delivery or service failure from our end.
- No refunds are issued for completed services or partial work already delivered.
