Unless a written agreement states otherwise, Cinera may delete raw footage and working files after [Confirm Standard Retention Period, recommended 90 days] from final delivery, project closure or settlement of the final invoice, whichever occurs later.
Clients are responsible for downloading, checking and securely backing up final delivered files within the agreed availability period.
Extended storage, archival services, project reopening or recovery of files may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Cinera does not guarantee recovery of files after the agreed retention period has expired.
